This bill amends the "Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act" to broaden the definition of "harassment, intimidation or bullying" to include hazing. It mandates that anti-bullying policies in school districts must address the power imbalance between aggressors and victims. The bill also requires the Department of Education (DOE) to revise its model policy and guidance document to reflect these changes.
