Establishes a Voting Improvement Task Force to evaluate and improve vote-by-mail processes in New Jersey.

This bill establishes a Voting Improvement Task Force within the Department of State to evaluate and improve vote-by-mail processes in New Jersey. The task force will examine ways to process and count vote-by-mail and provisional ballots more quickly, explore the feasibility of implementing ranked-choice voting, and research additional methods of expanding and improving voting by mail. The task force will hold at least three public hearings in the Northern, Central, and Southern parts of the State to receive testimony from the public and elections experts.
