New Jersey A368 prohibits higher education institutions from mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for students.

New Jersey A368, the "COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement Prohibition Act for Higher Education," bans institutions of higher education from requiring students to receive a COVID-19 vaccination or present evidence of vaccination as a condition for enrollment, course attendance, or participation in any institution-sponsored programs. The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
