Establishes an "ATV Law Enforcement Task Force" in each county to enhance and coordinate ATV law enforcement.

The bill establishes an "ATV Law Enforcement Task Force" in each county to study and recommend ways to enforce ATV laws and develop a mutual aid plan for coordinated enforcement. Each task force must adopt a mutual aid plan within six months, setting forth policies and procedures to enhance enforcement. The plan must be based on criteria essential for implementing protective measures against illegal ATV use. The bill appropriates $1 million to the Department of Law and Public Safety, to be distributed by the Attorney General to the counties.
