New Jersey A3621 allows horse racetracks to offer Internet-based wagering services at Atlantic City casinos.

New Jersey A3621 permits horse racetracks to enter agreements with Atlantic City casinos or their Internet gaming affiliates, allowing racetracks to serve as venues for Internet-based casino wagering. The Division of Gaming Enforcement will oversee these arrangements, setting standards for racetrack equipment and locations. Wagering from racetracks will not be regulated by the New Jersey Racing Commission. Compensation for racetrack services will be determined by the terms of the agreement.
