Permits sale of certain alcoholic beverages at seasonal farm markets in New Jersey.

This bill allows the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control to issue daily or annual permits to licensed producers to sell their products at seasonal farm markets. Permits cannot be used at roadside farm stands. The director can charge up to $25 for a daily permit and up to $75 for an annual permit.
