New Jersey A3602 requires owners or operators of public electric vehicle charging stations to display the price per kilowatt-hour on a physical sign at the point of sale. The price must be clearly visible, legible, and updated in real-time. If additional fees are included in the total cost, these must also be clearly itemized. Violations of this requirement are subject to a civil penalty of up to $250 per day.
