New Jersey A3581 mandates public higher education institutions to display specific data on their websites.

New Jersey A3581 requires four-year public institutions to post the average time-to-degree completion for each baccalaureate degree on their websites. County colleges must display an appropriate measure of student outcomes for each associate degree, as determined by the Secretary of Higher Education in consultation with the New Jersey Council of County Colleges. Additionally, public institutions must post their annual fiscal monitoring report and annual audit on their websites.
