This bill amends New Jersey law to restrict the authority of the Director of the Division of Taxation to terminate reciprocal personal income tax agreements with other states. Such agreements can only be terminated by the enactment of a law by the Legislature and the Governor directing the termination. This change applies retroactively to agreements in effect as of October 19, 1977.
