The bill establishes the "Business Growth Protection Act" and revises the law concerning temporary help service firms and temporary laborers. It limits its applicability to temporary laborers working in the State. The bill revises the surety bond requirement for temporary help service firms, changes the pay equity provision, and modifies the rebuttable presumption of retaliation.
