Supplemental appropriation of $500,000 to New Jersey Department of Health for Huntington's Disease Grant Program.

This bill provides a supplemental appropriation of $500,000 to the New Jersey Department of Health for the Huntington's Disease Grant Program. The funds will support grants to institutions of higher education, non-profit organizations, and New Jersey-based research organizations. These grants will be used for pre-symptomatic testing, neurology and psychiatry services, neurophysiological evaluations, treatment, disease management, and counseling for individuals living with or at risk for Huntington's disease.
