New Jersey bill A3354 creates a restricted distillery license for entities holding a plenary retail consumption license in a Garden State Growth Zone. The license allows the holder to manufacture up to 20,000 gallons of distilled alcoholic beverages annually, sell and distribute products to wholesalers and retailers, and maintain a warehouse. The license also permits the holder to operate a restaurant on the licensed premises, provided it is regularly used for providing meals and has adequate kitchen and dining facilities.
