New Jersey A3334 amends the "Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act" to clarify policy analysis and development, strengthen investigations, and update definitions of harassment, intimidation, and bullying. The bill requires school districts to develop guidance for their anti-bullying policies, create a School Safety Committee, and develop a Responsible Use Policy. It also allows districts to pay a stipend to their anti-bullying specialists.
