New Jersey A3287 amends the Medicaid Program to expand coverage to include expenses for unilateral or bilateral hearing aids, cochlear implants, or auditory osseointegrated devices, as well as any related accessories or services, if deemed medically necessary and prescribed by a licensed physician or audiologist. This bill codifies existing provisions and extends coverage to include cochlear implants and auditory osseointegrated devices, which were not previously covered.
