New Jersey A3268 revises conditions for using virtual or remote instruction to meet the minimum 180-day school year requirement. The bill permits public schools and approved private schools for students with disabilities to use virtual or remote instruction when closures occur due to inclement weather, hazardous transportation conditions, declared state of emergency, declared public health emergency, or a directive by a health agency.
