New Jersey A3235 raises the maximum age for pediatric long-term care facility residents from 19 to 26.

New Jersey A3235 amends the law to allow pediatric long-term care facilities to admit and provide services to residents up to age 26. Previously, the maximum age for such facilities was 19. The Commissioner of Health will adopt necessary rules and regulations for this change. This act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
