Creates special license plates supporting Autism Awareness. The Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission will issue the plates upon proper application. The design and color scheme will be selected by the Chief Administrator in consultation with the Governor's Council for Medical Research and Treatment of Autism. The plates will display appropriate words or a slogan supporting Autism Awareness. The Governor's Council for Medical Research and Treatment of Autism shall appoint a liaison to represent the council in communications with the commission regarding the plates.
