New Jersey A3148 amends the State general obligation bond act to require interpretive statements on public questions to include fiscal information. Specifically, the interpretive statement must detail the total amount appropriated in the prior fiscal year for principal and interest payments on State general obligation indebtedness, stated on a State per capita basis. Additionally, it must estimate the total amount of principal and interest payments required to redeem the proposed new indebtedness, also stated on a State per capita basis.
