New Jersey A3074 establishes the Inclusive Workplaces Program within the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) to provide grants and tax credits to employers investing in workspaces inclusive of neurodivergent employees. The program includes grants for small businesses and tax credits for large businesses. Eligible small businesses must have headquarters in New Jersey, employ fewer than 150 employees, have at least one neurodivergent full-time employee, and demonstrate a commitment to inclusive workplaces.
