New Jersey A3037 requires NJT to adjust routes and hours of certain transportation services to better meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with.

New Jersey A3037 mandates the New Jersey Transit Corporation to adjust the routes and hours of motorbus regular route service, paratransit service, and rail passenger service, including light rail service, within one year to better accommodate the mobility needs of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The corporation must annually solicit advice, input, and guidance from individuals diagnosed with autism and their advocates to determine if further adjustments are necessary.
