New Jersey A3022 mandates virtual and in-person access to State Board of Education meetings.

New Jersey A3022 requires all public meetings of the State Board of Education to be accessible both in person and virtually. The bill mandates that a link for virtual access to these meetings be publicly available on the State Board of Education’s website. Additionally, it allows members of the public to provide comments during meetings that accept public comment through remote communication. This act takes effect immediately.
