New Jersey A2919 dedicates winery licensing fees to a promotion account for five years to fund grants for New Jersey wine industry research.

New Jersey A2919 dedicates certain winery licensing fees to the New Jersey Wine Promotion Account for five years. The fees, collected from farm and plenary wineries, wine blending licensees, instructional winemaking facilities, and out-of-State wineries, will be appropriated annually to the Department of Agriculture. The New Jersey Wine Industry Advisory Council will use these funds to award grants for projects that address research, development, and promotion of the New Jersey wine industry.
