Enhances notice requirements for large warehouse and high-density development proposals in New Jersey.

The bill amends the "Municipal Land Use Law" and the "Local Redevelopment and Housing Law" to enhance notice requirements for development proposals involving large warehouses (over 100,000 square feet) and high-density developments. It mandates that notice be given at least 20 days prior to a hearing by the municipal clerk to the owners of all real property within the municipality and, if the proposed development is within 300 feet of a municipal boundary, to the owners of all real property in the adjacent municipality.
