Establishes the Office of Inspector General for Veterans' Facilities to oversee state veterans' facilities.

The bill creates the Office of Inspector General for Veterans' Facilities within the Department of Law and Public Safety. The inspector general, appointed by the Governor with Senate consent, must have experience as a prosecutor, investigator, or in veterans' facilities.
