Establishes "Volunteer Fire Company Assistance Program" in DCA to support volunteer fire companies; appropriates $10 million.

The bill establishes the "Volunteer Fire Company Assistance Program" in the Division of Fire Safety within the Department of Community Affairs to support the operations and sustainability of volunteer fire companies. It creates a special non-lapsing fund, the "Volunteer Fire Company Assistance Program Fund," which is to be credited annually with money appropriated by the Legislature.
