Authorizes municipalities to establish a dredging control reserve fund.
The bill allows municipalities to create a dredging control reserve fund. Unused annual dredging budget funds can be transferred to this reserve. The fund can be used for dredging activities, infrastructure development, material management, and supporting maritime, recreation, or tourism industries. Reimbursements from these activities are to be returned to the reserve. The Local Finance Board can create rules to implement this fund.
