Appropriates $26,140,000 for dredging and disposal projects in navigational waterways in New Jersey.

This bill allocates $22,140,000 for dredging and disposal projects in navigational waterways across New Jersey, including Double Creek and Highbar Harbor Channel, Smiths Creek, and others. It also provides $4,000,000 for dredging waterways important for recreational and residential boating, such as Bidwells Creek and Waackaack Creek. Any unspent funds will be applied to dredging other navigational channels. The act takes effect immediately.
