Allows shore municipalities to offer free or reduced cost beach access to veterans' spouses and dependent children over 12.

This bill permits shore municipalities to provide free or reduced cost access to beaches for spouses and dependent children over the age of 12 of veterans who served in the U.S. Armed Forces and were honorably discharged. The bill also allows municipalities to waive fees for disabled veterans and their families. The municipalities can set their own rules and track the number of people benefiting from these provisions.
