New Jersey A2764 establishes regional stabilization aid for certain regional school districts to ensure they receive at least the 2024-2025 school.

New Jersey A2764 introduces a new category of State school aid called "regional stabilization aid." This aid guarantees that regional school districts with more than seven constituent school districts receive the greater of two amounts: the aid calculated under current funding laws or the total aid received in the 2024-2025 school year. This total includes various types of aid such as equalization, special education, security, transportation, adjustment, and Stabilized School Budget aid.
