Adds county and municipal representation to State Health Benefits Commission.

This bill increases the number of members on the State Health Benefits Commission from five to seven. It requires that the two additional members of the commission be appointed by the Governor. One of the additional members appointed by the Governor must be a municipal business administrator recommended by New Jersey’s League of Municipalities and the other must be a county administrator recommended by the New Jersey Association of Counties.
