New Jersey A2642 establishes restrictions on business entities conducting investigations for the Governor's office. It prohibits any business entity that holds a contract with a State agency or has made a campaign contribution to the Governor from entering into a contract with the Governor or the office of the Governor to conduct an investigation for the duration of that Governor's term.
