New Jersey A2629 requires retail establishments to disclose the portion of a product's retail price attributable to tariffs. This disclosure must be visible on the point of sale display tag, online product pages, and itemized on the printed receipt. Exemptions apply to retail establishments generating less than $500,000 in annual revenue and products with a tariff-related price impact of less than two percent.
