This bill authorizes the creation and issuance of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. license plates in New Jersey. The North Atlantic Regional Vice President of Lambda Theta Phi, or an individual or entity designated by the Vice President, must contribute non-public monies, not exceeding $25,000, to offset the initial costs incurred by the commission for designing, producing, issuing, and publicizing the plates. The plates will display appropriate words or a slogan and an emblem honoring Lambda Theta Phi.
