New Jersey A2588 mandates child care centers to have epinephrine auto-injectors and trained staff.

New Jersey A2588 requires all child care centers to maintain an appropriate supply of epinephrine auto-injector devices and ensure at least one staff member is trained to administer them during operating hours. The Commissioner of Health may issue necessary rules and regulations to implement this law. This act takes effect immediately.
