Establishes interstate reciprocity for teachers with out-of-State teaching certificates in New Jersey.

This bill requires the State Board of Education to establish interstate reciprocity for teachers holding valid certificates from other states. Eligible teachers must have held employment as a public school teacher in the last two school years, submit two letters of recommendation, pass a criminal history record check, comply with residency requirements, and meet any additional criteria set by the State Board of Education. The act takes effect immediately.
