New Jersey A2552 mandates public higher education institutions to annually disclose all financial donors.

New Jersey A2552 requires public institutions of higher education to publicly disclose the names of all individuals and organizations that made donations to the institution and any affiliated student organizations. The disclosure must be made by July 31 each year and must be submitted to the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education and published on the institution’s website. Institutions that fail to comply face fines determined by the Secretary in consultation with the State Treasurer.
