New Jersey bill prohibits state aid to colleges that support or fail to punish antisemitic activities.

The "Stop Antisemitism on College Campuses Act" prevents the distribution of state aid to institutions of higher education that authorize, fund, or support antisemitic events or organizations or fail to punish acts of antisemitism. The bill defines "antisemitism" as the term defined in the working definition of antisemitism adopted by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance on May 26, 2016.
