New Jersey A2514 makes potable water well construction projects on preserved farms eligible for soil and water conservation grants from SADC.

New Jersey A2514 amends existing law to expand the eligibility of soil and water conservation grants from the State Agriculture Development Committee (SADC) to include potable water well construction projects on preserved farms. Currently, eligible projects include terrace systems, irrigation systems, and drainage systems, among others. This bill adds potable water well construction to the list of eligible projects.
