New Jersey A2487 allows counting of mail-in ballots from voters who died after mailing or depositing them.

New Jersey A2487 permits the counting of mail-in ballots that were mailed, delivered, or deposited in accordance with "The Vote By Mail Law" by voters who died after mailing, delivering, or depositing the ballots. The bill repeals laws requiring the rejection of such ballots. Ballots will not be counted if rejected for deficiencies unrelated to the voter's death. This act takes effect immediately.
