Expands Early Intervention Support Services (EISS) Programs to all counties in New Jersey.

The bill expands the Early Intervention Support Services (EISS) Programs, currently available in 11 counties, to provide one such program in each county in the State. EISS Programs are designed to provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to help prevent the recurrence of a crisis and reduce overutilization of hospital emergency departments for a behavioral health crisis.
