New Jersey A2430 directs the Division of Developmental Disabilities in the Department of Human Services to study the feasibility of using pre-tax dollars to fund special needs trusts for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Division must consult with at least five advocacy groups, review their recommendations, and post informational resources online. The bill expires after the Division reports its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature within nine months.
