New Jersey A2379 mandates that the New Jersey Transit Corporation and county transit agencies offer a one-time transit pass to individuals seeking to access One Stop Career Centers. This pass allows up to three free round-trips. The New Jersey Transit Corporation must develop an application process for these passes, which county transit agencies must use to the extent practicable. The bill takes effect immediately.
