New Jersey A2373 requires the Office of Legislative Services to publish online the Senate Journals, Assembly Minutes, and their indexes. This bill amends existing statutes to mandate digital publication instead of printing bound volumes. The President of the Senate or the Speaker of the General Assembly may still direct the Office of Legislative Services to print up to 10 bound volumes for an entire annual session. The Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the General Assembly will prepare and deliver indexes to the Office of Legislative Services, which will publish them on its website.
