Prohibits New Jersey public four-year institutions from charging tuition and fees to spouses or dependent children of disabled veterans.

This bill prohibits four-year public institutions of higher education in New Jersey from charging tuition or fees to the spouse or dependent child of a disabled veteran. To qualify, the spouse or child must be enrolled as an undergraduate student in good standing, have applied for all available state and federal student grants and scholarships, and have applied for tuition benefits available through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. The state will reimburse institutions for the costs of waiving tuition and fees.
