Exempts 100 percent disabled veterans from motor vehicle registration fees in New Jersey.
This bill exempts from motor vehicle registration fees one passenger motor vehicle owned by any New Jersey resident who has been honorably discharged or released under honorable circumstances from active service in any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States and is adjudicated by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as being permanently 100 percent disabled.
