Establishes NJpass Program for discounted fares for eligible organizations and GO NJ Transit Card Program for transit cards usable on NJT services.

The bill establishes the NJpass Program to provide discounted fares to eligible organizations, supporting workforce development and increasing access to public transportation. Eligible organizations include training program providers, apprenticeship sponsors, higher education institutions, and more. The New Jersey Transit Corporation will set eligibility criteria and develop an application process for these organizations. Approved organizations can negotiate contracts for discounted fares for their approved classes.
