Increases FY2026 annual appropriation to DCF by $16.7 million to raise NJ FamilyCare monthly reimbursement rate for care management organizations.

This bill supplements the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, by increasing the annual appropriation to the Department of Children and Families (DCF) by $16.7 million. This additional funding is intended to increase the NJ FamilyCare monthly reimbursement rate for care management organization (CMO) services from the current rate of $1,032 per client to $1,200 per client. The NJ FamilyCare reimbursement rate for care management organization services will then increase by $100 in each subsequent fiscal year until it reaches $1,500 per client.
