Expands responsibilities of Child Advocacy Center-Multidisciplinary Team Advisory Board and establishes Problematic Sexual Behavior Program.

The bill expands the responsibilities of the Child Advocacy Center-Multidisciplinary Team Advisory Board and establishes the Problematic Sexual Behavior Program. The board must establish an annual progress review program for child advocacy centers and multidisciplinary teams. The board also must establish a Problematic Sexual Behavior Subcommittee to oversee the Statewide response to reports of problematic sexual behavior. The program is administered by the New Jersey Children’s Alliance and funded by the Department of Children and Families.
