New Jersey A2210 requires the Department of Health and the New Jersey Board of Nursing to make certification exams for nursing assistants and homemaker-home health aides available in multiple languages. Specifically, the exams must be offered in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Tagalog. The Commissioner of Health and the New Jersey Board of Nursing are authorized to adopt necessary rules and regulations to implement this act. The law will take effect six months after its enactment.
