Prohibits discrimination in disability and accident insurance rates based on race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, or sex.

This bill amends New Jersey law to prohibit discrimination in the issuance, withholding, extension, or renewal of disability and accident insurance policies, as well as in the fixing of rates, terms, or conditions, based on race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, or sex. It also prohibits discrimination based on genetic information or refusal to submit to a genetic test. The bill is modeled after a Massachusetts law and aims to ensure fair treatment in insurance practices.
